Shipping & Delivery Policy (USA Only)

Desert Clicksy Studio Photo Booth Rental (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides shipping services for all photo booth–related products, accessories, and materials within the United States only.

All orders are shipped in secure, plain packaging to protect your privacy.


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We ship ONLY within the United States
We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international location

Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.

We ship through:

FedEx Ground
USPS Priority Mail

All shipments require:
✔ Tracking
✔ Insurance
✔ Signature confirmation

Delivery Timeframe

Standard shipping takes approximately:

10–35 business days from the order date
(No express or expedited shipping available)

Processing Time

Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) are processed the next business day.
No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or federal holidays.


Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes, including:

• Shipping address
• Item changes
• Order cancellation

Please double-check your information before submitting your order.


Order & Shipping Confirmation

You will receive:

1️⃣ Order Confirmation Email — verifying that your order was received
2️⃣ Shipping Confirmation Email — once your order has shipped (with tracking information)

Processing may take up to 2 business days.


If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Have Not Received It

If tracking marks the package as “Delivered,” please:

  1. Verify that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct

  2. Check with:
    • Household members
    • Neighbors
    • Building management (if applicable)
